Responsibilities:
- To provide telecommunication solutions to corporate, SME market.
- To practice excellent sales and customer service measured by customer satisfaction.
- To acquire and identify new business opportunities to achieve personal sales target.
- To achieve monthly sales KPI.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- This is a Business Development Executive that would require you to secure appointments with corporate personnel over the phone and to meet with your potential clients to do professional sales presentation. Therefore experience in sales or marketing is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement relevant initiatives and activities to reach out to the diverse clientele base to ensure customer retention and engagement of the services.
- Provide consultation, assist existing customers on inquiries and resolve issues in our range of products and services in order to meet the retention target.
- Responsible for servicing and maintaining relationship with the existing clients, handling related enquiries (e-mail & telephone) within target performance standards.
- Responsible for team revenue targets.
